i've been working at hägglunds the last two days. i don't remember how many people work there (but i think it's more than the entire population of sollefteå). mornings at hägglunds make me feel like i'm in a film about the future, with people marching quickly in lines, dressed in clothes that show what tasks they have (mechanic, cleaner, coffe-machine-filler, office-person (or, if someone in an office-outfit shows up in the garage, boss)), with expressionless faces and stiff shoulders and cards around the neck to show which doors they are allowed to walk through and if they are allowed to take photos or not (or if they are only visitors or not yet trusted enough - bright red cards that don't open any doors at all).

we don't seem to get to malaysa on the vacation, by the way. so now we have to find somewhere else to go. brazil is one of the options.

a little secret: the horn o f the CV90 sounds like my old moped. i almost felt sorry for it... that big thing, looking like it wants people to fear and respect it, and with such a silly little horn...  ¶ 5:53 PM
