today has been the summeriest day so far this year. the wind has been quite cold, but as long as you stayed close to a building where the air was warmed up it felt like a real summer day. our computers at work had some kind of mild psychosis big parts of the day, so a friend and i "played hookey" and went to buy ice cream at the petrol station. very nice. ice cream tastes best when it's not supposed to be eaten, i guess...

after work i've planted some lettuce. i like the smell of sun warmed soil, but i couldn't think of anything more to plant, so i had to stop. the funny machine-gun-ish flowers i found on last year's flower hunt in tierp have spread all over the gravel outside our house. i suppose our neihgbour isn't too happy, as he thinks everything that's growing is weed... i wouldn't mind having machine-gun-ish flowers in the gravel, actually. i'm not too fond of gravel, and the flowers are nice. and fun.

tommy and the galdor cat washed the toyota in the sun tonight. they both looked very male-ish and serious :) i hope tommy enjoys washing the cars... *i* certainly enjoy him doing it :) and i kind of think he likes being the one in charge of the car washing in this family. but i might very well be mistaken, therefore i won't ask him :)

a friend and i discusse males/females now and then. the other day we discussed what would be the first thing we did if we changed sex for a day. interestingly both our answers involved peeing, in one way or another :) i would really like to pee on a pine tree. i think that seems so nice and relaxing, somehow. especially when the sun is shining, and there are not too many mosquitoes around... and he would like to see why girls are "always" two in the bathroom at parties.  ¶ 8:50 PM
