yesterday was tommy's birthday. i didn't forget it (i promise). he is now only 4 years away from 40. and bob is almost 12... everyone is getting old in my familly...:) today he had a mail-cake from tierp. it was actually quite good.

i was on a health check sponsored by work today. apparently i'm healthy. the nurse (who seemed to be a very sensible and competent person :) said i was tall and slender. that's good to know, as i myself thought i was getting fat, and was thinking about maybe not eating as much chocolate and drinking as much coca cola. but if i'm slender i guess it must be ok:) i celebrate with coca cola and cake right now.
