the babies are 11 days old and i'm starting to have names for them:

the yellow and brown: anneli - after anneli alhanco, as she looks like a prima ballerina
the black with the biggest little rump: olivia - after olivia newton-john, as she is a bit stout but still slender and grand
the grey: amelia - after amelia earhart, as she is tough and brave and independent and a bit reckless

the only one still without a name is the black one with the smallest rump. i called her edith for a while, after edith piaf, as she is small and ordinary looking, but with a great and shiny personality. i might also call her fredrik, after the friend who wanted us to call all the chicks fredrik... that way she would have a godfather, which i think she would like

....the grey baby!!! the babies are finally here! i am finally a grandmother! and tomorrow i'm off to norway... i will miss them growing up...
