head ache from hell is gone, the pup is still tired and happy after a run in the woods with his girls (and a boy, but he pretends that didn't happen), not too cold outside, a glimpse of the sun (10 min in the car, while driving home from the girls), weekend, empty laundry basket (most of the laundry is still on the basement floor though), new linen in bed, the husband has vacuumed the entire house and soon i will go and get my new "green" phone and some coca cola. life is not too shitty right now :)

horrible head ache and nausea, horrible wind, very much snow, had to cancel the dentist appointment and say no to a nice colleague who needed help and received news that the n is now dead. the day could not have started much worse. but now i'm on scary head ache drugs and have spent all day under blankets with heavy pillows on forehead, and after the husband came home i've finally had something to eat and now coca cola and chocolate and things are starting to feel better. (i still think it's a shitty winter though)

some good news! they baby brother and his girlfriend just got engaged on a cruise in the caribbean. and as far as i know they are both still alive. yay! maybe this winter isn't just shit anyway!

most of my friends seem to be either dying or divorcing this winter. CAN that really be a coincidence? i think not. i think it's the cold. if i were king i would do something to speed up the global warming, to keep my people happy and warm and cosy. or at least give them all two weeks vacation in a warm and sunny place.
in less than two weeks we're going to a warm and sunny place for two weeks. yay! and soon we will be the only people i know who are still both alive and married...
