the pup is now a brand new champion! he did his third perfect blood track and the judge jumped with joy and so did i. he will celebrate with a big piece of meat this evening!

the first snow came yesterday, we haven't changed tyres on the car yet, i've been out of material for my new hobby since saturday and i'm still waiting for a new order by mail, people are slow and don't do what they are supposed to and everything is delayed at work and it feels like i have to do the work of at least three, the new blood tracking judge doesn't call back, and to top all that i'm hungry.

i'm in apple mode: apple sauce, apfelstrudel (it looks weird though), apple chutney, and later this evening apple stew. and tomorrow apple buns. as soon as the strudel is done we'll go out in the woods and have hot dogs and chocolate milk and apfelstrudel. fall is nice.
