the great thing about london is that i never have to go there again! :)
i did like notting hill though, and the sister l and i found a wonderful house where we are going to live eventually.
panic. the new doggy sitter just called to say it doesn't work out. her two girls are in heat and sasoh loves girls extra super duper much when they are in heat. and apparently he dislikes young amstaff boys extra super much when there are girls in heat around. and her house was really as small as it looked when i went to visit her, and there was no extra doggy house for emergency situations as i'd expected. hopefully an old and reliable doggy sitter can help solve the situation.
the husband just gave me a strawberry from our strawberry field :)
my plan was to get well by friday. and then by saturday. and then by sunday. and then i decided to be a little bit more realistic, and planned to get well by tuesday. yesterday i was so un-well i followed the husband's, friends' and colleagues' advice to call a doctor, and i got an appointment today. apparently i have bacteria in my lungs. yuk! how did they get there? i thought you had to lick dirty stones to get that, and i NEVER lick dirty stones. anyway, the latest plan is to get well by monday next week.
until then i will sleep. i love my new drugs! i haven't been able to sleep for a week, but today i've slept more or less all day.
the last of the snow left today. i guess that means it's now officially summer :)
