this is the last day of this year. we've been stjärtlapping in the woods and had some hot dogs and hot chocolate and i nearly froze my fingers off. we've just had home-made real grown up food, and it tasted better than it looked. now i'm waiting to get hungry again, so i can try the cheese-with-almond-powder-and-hjortronsylt. this will be a delicious ending of the old year :) and the pup is not afraid of all the fireworks, which is good too!
the husband and a friend are doing husband-and-friend-stuff (teenage sounds are coming from the husband's room :), so i'm going to study for a while. or maybe get some work done...

I've tried a very expensive head ache pill. It seems to help for the ache(!) But it also makes my head feel heavy and my face itchy. We're on our way home. Tomorrow i will sleep.

the pup and his princess are making out beside me in the couch. doctor house is on dvd. i just had home made pizza for lunch, and we've been for a two-hour walk in the woods while the sun was still awake. life can be good.

the pup, the husband and i went skiing today. i don't really like my skis. sometimes i'd even say i hate them. they seem to prefer sliding backwards instead of forwards...
yesterday the r at work told me to prepare to go boating on thursday. they're going to hand over "our boat" to the people who bought it, and they will take them out for a drive at max speed. max speed is cool. combat boats are cool. but the boat nearly sank when they put it in the sea this week. and sinking is not very cool. i suppose i'd be the first one they rescue though, being the only girl in the village :)

this is going to be another hectic week. i've just finished two thirds of an exam though, which is a good start.
last week i was working in the middle of a rock on an island outside stockholm. that was cool. but i was also in the middle of a life threatening cold, so i didn't enjoy it as much as i could have. at one point a man called out to ask if someone was dying on my boat, as i was coughing so much. at least it was nice to hear that someone cared :)
tomorrow i'm going to work on a boat in the sea. i suppose i'm going to freeze all day.
